BC Coast Region is pleased to be resuming our Skater Development initiatives, with our annual Welcome Back Seminar. This seminar is open to all athletes in the STARSkate stream within the BC Coast Region. Skaters will be divided into two groups: STAR 1-4 and STAR 5-Gold.

On-ice sessions will include edges and turns, jumps, and synchronized skating. Off-ice sessions will include warm-up strategies and jumps.
